You can’t manage what you don’t measure. Identifying a set of key metrics that show progress towards your ideal culture is critical.  In this step you will identify a set of metrics that will help you monitor progress on your climb to a greater culture.  

Pro Tip:  Best practice is to review these on a monthly basis but you can decide the right cadence based on the measures you select.

Expert tip:  Take a holistic view at the metrics.  Not all metrics that will be impacted by a strong culture are people related.  Sales results, operational efficiencies and other areas of the business will get stronger when your culture improves.
